Welcome to our photo blog! This will eventually be where we post pictures of our baby, but since he hasn't made is world premiere yet, we're going to be posting pictures of our dogs in the meantime.

We finally broke down and bought a digital camera. Thanks to my unexpected 6th place finish in a poker tournament at Turning Stone, we were able to afford a slightly higher-end camera than we had anticipated. We knew we wanted to get a Canon Powershot, and we ended up getting the S2 IS model, which has a 12X optical zoom and a bunch of other cool features. The thing has more knobs, dials, and buttons on it than you can shake a proverbial stick at, which makes it a perfect toy for me. :)

Since we'll need to figure out how to use all those switches and dials on the camera, we'll be taking test pictures with the dogs and posting them here. Enjoy!
